It’s a First

Female First Fleet

Not only is the car industry a male dominated work place it most of the time over looks the needs of women as being different to those of men. Women are often forgotten by sales people when it comes to the use of the vehicle and for women in business it can be even worse.

National Fleet made the effort to consider the needs of women from vehicle selection to vehicle usage, right through to finance and insurance which can also be much different for men

That is the foundation philosophy of our Female First Fleet Program, a first in Australia.

And that is how we as a business became involved in DAWN an organisation that stands for 'Inclusion and Diversity' both in the work place and in business.

DAWN

It's an invigorating feeling to be surrounded by people who stand for the same thing: to grow leadership ourselves and our communities. I realised that even though our communities may be different - in gender, in affiliation or ethnicity - the goal itself did not change, and DAWN allowed us to share past experiences, and tease out future project ideas together...generally over good food and wine.
